New Tenant Found for Citibank Building
LOS FELIZ—After two years of vacancy, a new tenant has been found for the lower floor of the Hillhurst Avenue building that once housed a Citibank, but has remained empty since the bank moved to a smaller location down the street in 2015.
According to Father Christopher Kelley of St. Mary of the Angels Church, which owns the building, the building was leased by MOTI, LLC, who he said will open a physical rehabilitation center in the space.
The upper floor of the building, formerly a community room used by various neighborhood organizations, was leased by membership-based salon Massage Envy in May.
Further information on MOTI was not available at time of publication. Please check back for updates.
