Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling team together their strengths to offer high-level personal service to their real estate clients.


LOS FELIZ—Boni Bryant of Bryant|Reichling Associates spends the early part of her morning, as usual, knocking down her email queue.

She’s already been on the phone with her partner, Joe Reichling, to catch up on their real estate clients. It’d be a typical day, except for the eight-hour time difference.

Even though Bryant is visiting her daughter in North Yorkshire, England, the two partners set aside time to compare notes.

One of their strengths, they say, is their ability to seamlessly pick up where the other leaves off. It’s no wonder why their clients rave about their high-level of personal service.

“Our team is made up of people with different skill sets,” said Bryant.

In addition to the two partners, Bryant|Reichling has associates who specialize in marketing and negotiating, field agents and an office manager.

“The whole is greater than the sum of our parts,” said Reichling.

This synergy of abilities appears to be working quite well. So far, this year has exceeded 2014’s pace, which was their best producing year to date.

Previously, Reichling worked his way up the ladder in the music industry where he shaped the careers of top artists.

He may have come into his talent for real estate naturally— his grandfather was a builder and his grandmother was a respected real estate broker in New York.

He credits this pair for introducing him to the business and teaching him the value of hard work.

Bryant’s energy is inspiring. She has channeled the enthusiasm she brought to her earlier days on the Broadway stage and poured it into marketing real estate.

She was already 2005’s top producing agent at Sotheby’s International Realty office in Los Feliz before she joined Reichling to offer a wider range of services for buyers and sellers.

United, they are able to place people together with properties more thoroughly than any one agent could.

“What we do extraordinarily well is bring the best out of the houses we list,” says Reichling.

Sellers can count on Bryant and Reichling to pay attention to the details, such as colors and room staging, to showcase a property to its fullest.

In addition, the firm can utilize new home pre-sale strategies to build buzz for upcoming resale listings.

Bryant’s added expertise—she has advised developers on many of the new multi-unit communities seen sprouting up in Los Feliz and Silver Lake—has given her a unique perspective.

It also allows Bryant|Reiching to to be highly knowledgeable about up-and-coming projects.

“With no deferred maintenance and walkability to local venues,” said Bryant, “these newer single-family homes are expanding options for homebuyers in the area.”
