<p>I understand the percentage of returned ballots [in the LFVBID’s recent election] was incredibly minimal and something must be done to fix that. But I don’t believe it was through lack of effort by certain members of the LFVBID.</p>
<p>I’ve also seen the tremendous amount of work done by a very limited number of active LFVBID members.</p>
